Welcome! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 16 years of experience providing therapy for adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Located in Shoreline, WA I serve clients from Shoreline, Edmonds, Lake Forest Park, Mountlake Terrace, Lynnwood, North Seattle, as well as throughout Washington via telehealth. My specialties include maternal mental health, pregnancy and postpartum support, couples therapy, parent coaching, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My mission is to help individuals, couples, and families navigate life's transitions with compassion, connection, and hope.
